Yeah, I've gained a couple pounds since the last weigh-in, but I appear to have changed my body enough that I'm managing to stay below the 250 lbs. pretty much for a month. I've been battling a cold, so my work out regimen has been disrupted somewhat. Also, March Madness is ongoing, so I've been eating a lot of chicken wings and drinking the occasional light beer. This week I'm feeling much better, and so I can get back to business.
In other good news, it really is true that nobody backs Andy into a corner. As you can see, his ab workout has already given him a rock-hard six pack.
